  4. Partner is expected not to make false promises, or provide wrong and misleading information to the customer; if done so, they shall be held responsible for any claim arising due to it.
  5. Partner is expected not to indulge in any malpractices including but not limited to sharing his ID with others, sub contracting his work, using his own number instead of customer’s, not taking consent of customer while processing application, mis-selling and not clearly explaining the details of loan being offered.
  6. In case, 1st 3 EMIs are not recovered from the customer, the payout shall be recovered, and your account might be blocked.
